Banquet Hall: This lovely reception space is located on a country road in the village of Chaptico, backing to a forest. The banquet space, painted in soft earth tones, can seat 160 at round tables and chairs supplied by the church. The Christ Church parish hall has a full, generously sized kitchen and immaculate, modern rest rooms. There is an ample paved parking lot and a large grassy area for overflow parking. This charming country setting is very convenient, just off Maryland Route 234, 10 minutes from Leonardtown, 25 minutes from La Plata.

Large Conference Room: Our attractive conference room can be used for board meetings, seminars, and small conferences and workshops.

A refundable $375 reservation/ security deposit is required to reserve your date. The rental fee is due 14 days before the event. Cancellation less than fourteen calendar days from the event’s date forfeits the reservation/ security deposit.  If you have questions contact the parish office at 301-884-3451 or office@cckqp.net.

Hall rental fee includes full use of the kitchen: countertops, sinks, appliances and stoves, 160 chairs, 10 – oblong 8ft tables (seats 8-10) and 18 – round 5ft tables (seats 6-8).

6 Hours:  6 hour time frame; includes setup and cleanup time.
(Example: 7am to 1pm); Rental Fee $475 – with a $375 security deposit

10 Hours:  10 hour time frame; includes setup and cleanup time.
(Example: 11am to 9pm); Rental Fee $600 – with a $375 security deposit

​

18 Hours: 18 hour time frame; includes setup and cleanup time.
(Example: 6am to 12am); Rental Fee $800 – with a $375 security deposit

Large Meeting Room  (35 people max) 4 hour limit; Rental Fee $125 – with a $175 security deposit.
